Professional & Responsive
Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Back in February of 2020 I was thinking of filing Bankruptcy due to a student loan garnishment as well as a high monthly payment on my car loan. I fell behind in my bills due to a devastating loss in my family and a cancer diagnosis which impacted my job and left me with medical bills. At the age of 63, my options and earning capability had diminished and I am planning for retirement. I wanted to enter into retirement in a few years debt free.
I feel very fortunate to have met Brian and Diem Hallaq. They really listened to what my goal was and what I hoped to achieve. They were always very professional and responsive to my phone calls and I felt they were very compassionate. They helped me figure out what path I needed to take and schooled me on the rules of filing bankruptcy and what my options were.
They have several office locations, which make it very convenient for most everyone to access them. I personally met with them at their Renton location, Bellevue location and their newest location in Kent. Their offices were all very pleasant and in safe locations as well as easy to find.
After working with them on my case for 6 months, they were extremely honest with me and ultimately I made the decision to not file for bankruptcy at this time. They cared and they were honest enough to tell me the pros and cons, which lead me to this decision. They cared enough to not just represent me for the money they would earn over the next 5 years, but what would be the best financial decision for me.
They are extremely easy to talk with and very down to earth. I would highly recommend Brian and Diem Hallaq to anyone who is
trying to navigate their financial path with regards to bankruptcy.
